Ingredients
6 Cherries, no need to pit
4 oz Bourbon
Ice
Preparation
Muddle black peppercorn simple syrup with cherries
Add bourbon and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled
Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired
Makes two cocktails or a single double
