Ingredients
1 cup Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 cup Sugar
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a pan with cinnamon stick.
Cut heat, cover and let steep for 24 hours.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Add to the liquid to the pan add cup of sugar.
Cook over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
Let cool to room temperature then pour into a jar for storage.
