Ingredients
2-4 mint leaves
2 oz Ginger Vodka
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
Ice
Preparation
Muddle mint and vodka
Add grapefruit juice and about a cup of ice and stir or shake until well chilled
Strain into a glass with salted rim
Makes a single cocktail
