Ingredients
1/2 oz Hot Honey Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Aperol
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Pomelo juice
Ice
Sparkling Wine
Preparation
Stir honey syrup, Aperol, Vodka and Pomelo juice in a glass.
When well combined, fill glass with ice and top with sparkling wine.
Give cocktail a few stirs to fully combine and chill.
Makes one cocktail
