Rhubarb-Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

2 Stalks Rhubarb

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Water


  • Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.

  • Boil for 3 minutes and cut heat.

  • Allow to steep and cool to room temperature.

  • Strain into a storage jar.

  • Store in the refrigerator.
