Ingredients
3 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz grated Fontina Cheese
Preparation
Combine roasted mixed mushrooms with cream cheese, util mushrooms are well coated and the mixture forms a thick paste.
Mix in grated cheese.
Makes approximately 16 oz mushroom compound
